Our services are typically available throughout PA, NJ, and NY, but we are also willing to travel to other locations. You should use our online booking system to schedule our virtual 3D tour service. Once you select the service, you should specify the appointment date, time, and location. At the end of the booking process, payment is required via credit card to finalize the booking. Please note that failure to complete payment will result in an incomplete booking.
Yes, we offer professional floor plans as a supplementary service. After the 3D virtual tour service is completed, you can add on floor plans. These floor plans will be created using the data captured by a Matterport® camera equipped with LiDAR sensors.
Yes, we offer a room measurement service using a Matterport® camera equipped with LiDAR sensors to provide the most accurate dimensions of each room. Once the property has been thoroughly scanned, and the 3D model has been created, you can utilize a digital ruler tool while viewing the 3D model of the property to measure any distance within the property.
At no extra cost, our photographers will travel to any location within a 30-mile radius of their original location. However, if the distance exceeds the 30-mile radius, we will charge a travel fee of $1 per extra mile. It is important to note that this fee does not cover tolls or parking expenses, which will be charged separately.
As an illustration of our travel fee policy, for locations such as New York, NY, which fall outside our 30-mile radius service area, we will impose a travel fee of $60 in addition to any applicable parking or toll charges.
We cover Philadelphia and Bucks County in our regular service area, and there will be no charge for scheduling appointments within these locations.
We require a 100% deposit from all clients to secure any service booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 25% of the total cost will be charged. This fee will be deducted from your initial deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Because of the software’s characteristics and Matterport® company’s policies, all files are automatically transferred, rendered, and stored on Matterport® servers under our account. We will provide a link, an embedded version of the virtual tour, and a link intended solely for adding to the MLS listing. The virtual tour will be accessible for three months from the date of rendering and will then be archived. If someone attempts to access the archived version, an error message will appear and not be viewable. To activate the virtual tour, we will charge a small monthly subscription fee per virtual tour.
We can transfer virtual tours to the client’s account for a nominal fee to avoid subscription fees. The client will be required to register for and pay for the professional plan of the Matterport® account, which is necessary for hosting and managing virtual tours.
The duration of the scanning process may vary between 2 to 8 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the property. This is determined by the number and distance between the scan positions, which we refer to as checkpoints. Each checkpoint requires around 1 to 3 minutes to move to and scan. On average, a single house may have between 50 to 100 checkpoints.
