Staging services

No, we are a photography studio and do not provide on-site staging. However, we provide virtual staging service for additional cost.

How do I make a payment?

Payment is due in full on the photoshoot’s day. All payments must be made either by cash, check, credit card, or PayPal.

What is your booking rescheduling policy?

We charge 50% deposit to book a photoshoot in advance. If a cancellation or rescheduling is made in less than 24 hours from the appointment time, we will charge cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount or rescheduling fee 10% of the total amount. The fee will be subtracted from your deposit’s refund.

Do I need to prepare my house for the photoshoot?

Yes, we expect the property to be photo-ready by the time we arrive at the location. All rooms must be decluttered and free of any items that should not be present during photoshoot. All trash cans must be hidden. All toilet seats must be closed. All kitchenware must be inside of kitchen cabinets. All apliances must be free of posters, calendars, magnets, and so on. We highly recommend to hire a professional cleaning service to prepare the property before we arrive.

If the property needs any form of decluttering during photoshoot and it will delay the service by more than 30 minutes. We will charge $50/hour declutering fee. In addition we may decide to reschedule the appointment until the property is not prepared properly (10% rescheduling fee will apply).
